Why doesn’t the Ministry of Finance dismiss Nasirov?

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine can not reduce the suspected of corruption of the head of tax Roman Nasirov. The Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Alexander Danilyuk, shared this information with media.

According to Danilyuk, he was desiring to dismiss the head of the tax and without serious proceedings.

“I was just  acting in a civilized way. I submitted a disciplinary sanction against Nasirov to the Cabinet of Ministers, the consequence of which was to be dismissed. At that time, the number of violations simply exceeded the level of tolerance, “- assured Alexander Danilyuk.

But NABU and SAP have bypassed the minister and detained the head of the tax Roman Nasirov 03.03.2017 on suspicion of participation in the so-called “gas schemes” of the runaway deputy Alexander Onishchenko and causing damage to the state amounting to ₴ 2 billion.

Let us remind, that according to the investigation, Nasirov was irresponsibly taking unsubstantiated decisions on the deferral of interest payments for the extraction of minerals.

On the night of March 7-8, the Solomensky District Court of Kiev presented Nasirov with a preventive measure in the form of arrest for 60 days with an alternative to pledge in the amount of ₴ 100 million and on March 13 the Kyiv Court of Appeal decided to leave him in custody.

But later the head of the tax left the Lukyanovka SIZO after making a deposit of ₴ 100 million, which his wife had contributed.
