The court disagrees with Trump

The president decided to clearly fulfill pre-election promises and limit the funding of all cities where illegal immigrants are hiding. The problem first arose in the seventies, it was during this period when the first “refuge cities” emerged. The fact is that the local authorities have not informed the federal authorities about those foreigners who illegally settled in the city. At present there are hundreds of such settlements.

The presidential order was challenged in court by the municipalities of San Francisco and Santa Clara. In their opinion, the rules of dealing with people who came to the country have always been a priority matter for local authorities. And even the president has no right to dictate his terms to local authorities.
