TPP was disabled after Eurovision

In early April, due to the lack of anthracite, the work of the Tripolskaya TPP was suspended. However, a month later, the second station block was to be launched to provide power supply to the capital during the main song contest in Europe. Ukrainian specialists performed  a  very complicated process of starting a station from scratch after a long “cold reserve” at a high professional level. Moreover, such works have not been carried out since 1969 – from the day of putting TPP into operation.

For four days of work, the reserves of anthracite have been reduced by almost 14%, 36 thousand tons. On May,14 at midnight, after the Eurovision final, the station was disabled again.
