Solemnly. The last signature on “visa-free travel”

The signing of the document on granting Ukrainians a visa-free regime for trips to the EU was held in a solemn atmosphere. Petro Poroshenko, the head of the European Parliament Antonio Tayani and the representative of Malta took part in the ceremony, which took place in Strasbourg (France).

So Ukraine said goodbye to the past.

On the same day, the information campaign “Discover Europe” began. The Internet will tell you everything about the border crossing procedures, the time of stay in the EU for tourists, businessmen and for study. The Foreign Ministry opens a channel for communication with citizens in order to explain in detail the conditions and the order of visa-free travel to Schengen. Diplomats ask to send questions to the official website of the department, they will systematize the information and will try to provide detailed explanation.
