The criminal case against Nasalik

Kyiv Prosecutor’s Office has announced about the opening of criminal proceedings against the Minister of power industry of Ukraine Igor Nasalika into possible criminal offense under Part 1 st.351 Criminal Code (obstruction of the activities of the People’s Deputy).

This was reported by People’s Deputy Victoria Voytsitskaya on his Facebook page in chronological order.

13/12/2016 – together with the people’s deputy Mustafa Hiring Victoria Voytsitskaya filed a statement of offense for failure and incomplete and untimely provision of answers to parliamentary appeals for submission of documentation on the results Yuzovsky competition.

27/12/2016 – Kyiv prosecutor’s office informed her of the “no grounds for entry in the Yedrey”.

01.13.2017 – Prosecutor’s Office appealed against the inaction of the investigator.

01/26/2017 – Kiev Pechersk court allowed the appeal and ordered the prosecutor to open criminal proceedings.
