Kiev Metro can stop its work because of debts

The work of the Kiev subway can stop at any time: due to the debts, they owe Russian company.

Back in 2009, the Russian company Ukrroslising concluded an agreement with Kyiv Metropolitan to provide the latter with hundreds of subway cars (on economic leasing terms). Over the next three years,  Kiev subway owed the Russian partner a little less than  ₴ 2 billion francs. The precedent has been reported by the press service of Vitali Klitschko.

In 2015, Ukrrosliasing filed a suit against the Kiev underground, after which hundreds of trains were seized, but it did not solve the problem, because there is still no money to pay the debt off. A few days ago, the executors arrested the accounts of the “Metropolitan”.
