Privatization of ProZorro

The government instructed to develop a pilot project of small-scale privatization, which involves the electronic auction system ProZorro. Since there is no need to amend the legislation, it will be possible to launch open tenders more quickly – this will require government regulations.

A small state enterprise can be sold on gray schemes, but the prime minister believes that it is better to conduct a transaction on an electronic platform: the one who has registered – the one is buying. The entrepreneur will make an application and participate in open electronic tenders.

According to experts, to expose the largest state enterprises to ProZorro, it makes no sense, because it is impossible to guarantee that the corruption schemes will be completely blocked. The problem is hidden in the valuation of property, investment obligations, in conditions of acquisition of an asset, and control over the fulfillment of obligations.

However, there are other opinions. If everything goes as planned, large objects will be connected to the project.
